Apartment renovation. Apartment located in Rome in the Vigna Clara area. It develops a surface of 170 sqm.
The property has been entirely renovated with finishes and quality materials.
The internal layout has been completely transformed to create two apartments, the first to be used as the children’s residence and the second to be used as the client’s main residence.
The living room is a spacious and bright environment, characterized by customized wooden bookcase that is a background to the salon. It is home of the large built-in display and audio and video equipment. The sofa area leads to the large terrace shielded by customized vessels in steel and protected by a retractable roof to allow proper livability of outdoor seating.
The kitchen is the fulcrum of the project and divides the living area from the sleeping area. It is characterized by a large island covered in stone that hosts the burner induction and a snack shelf, a work plan and a fully equipped wall that frames the refrigerator. The doors of access to the kitchen and the bedroom area are sliding doors in satin glass totally vanishing.
The sleeping area is mainly dedicated to the client and consists of the main suite with dressing room, bathroom plus a study and a service bathroom.
The apartment renovation is characterized by a natural oak paneling that cuts the entire apartment from the bedroom to the living area. It covers the wall of the master bedroom where the TV has been integrated, pantry in the kitchen, also with integrated TV, up to the covering of the entrance area and the security door.
The predominant use of white, the use of tailored carpentry, the application of microcement as flooring throughout the house, and as a coating of the bathrooms, the thermal floor, the top in fossil stone in the master bathroom with integrated washbasins and the top in corian in the service bathroom, in addition to the search for common and integrated lighting in the project reflects the demands of clients to achieve a modern, minimalist space but at the same time capable of hosting furniture and paintings.
